Press brake machine:A press brake is a special type of machine press that bendssheet metal into pan head screws shape. Leaf press break machine.Limits:Every press brake has a concentrated load limit calculatedin tons per inch in the center of the machine. Exceeding the tons-per-inchlimit can damage the machine, the tooling, or the formed part.Uses:A press brake is used for bending metal.Mainly used for industrial purpose. The leaf press brake is a small machine used for lightersheets of metal that is typically manually operated. But hydraulic press brakesare usually more popular as they are renowned for being safer, faster and moreaccurate than their manual counterparts. In industry, they use mechanical press brakes, pneumaticpress brakes and hydraulic press brakes. The name comes from the principle ofdevelopment efforts on a particular machine. In a mechanical press, they use acrank mechanism, which is in a compartment with an energy wheel drive whichallows it to work. Pneumatic and hydraulic presses are used as energy source, air pressure or the pressure of hydraulic oil, respectively.Automated perforatedpunching machine:Automated perforated punching machine is a machine,
which isused for making holes into varieties of materials, like papers, filter papers, steel sheets, etc.Specifically designed to produce perforated sheet metal withthe performance of +/- 300,000 holes per minutes, according to IPA handbook (+) Relatively high tolerance (+) Suppliers have extensive banks of die tooling(+) Able to punch many varieties of sheet metal material and plastic(+) Very cheap compared to a turret punch press or a laser cut, especially formass production volume(+) Less deformation and distortion on the work piece because it has fewer toolstrokes/hits compared to a turret punch press(+) Better uniformity and hole accuracy compared to a turret punch press(+) Produces unlimited length of material (+) Has a bigger capacity compared to turret punch press, thus allowing themanufacture of thicker perforated sheet metal (e.g. 5mm stainless steel)Surface grinder:The surface grinder is composed of an abrasive wheel, a workholding device known as a chuck, and a reciprocating table. The chuckholds the material in place while it is being worked on. It can do this one oftwo ways: metallic pieces are held in place by a magnetic chuck, whilenonmetallic pieces are vacuumed in place.Uses:Surface grinder is used to produce a smooth finish onflat surfaces. It is a widely used abrasive machining process inwhich a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chipsof metallic or non metallic substance from a work piece, making a face of itflat or smooth.Drilling machine:A device, usually motor-driven, fitted with an end cuttingtool that is rotated with sufficient power either to create a hole or toenlarge an existing hole in a solid material. Also known as driller.Uses:Drill machine is basically for drilling purposes. Thismachine is designed to drill hard things. A drilling machine is a multipowered machine which drills into the earth to unearth minerals.
Grinding machine:A grinding machine is a machine tool used for grinding, which is a type of machining using an abrasive wheel as the cutting tool. Eachgrain of abrasive on the wheel's surface cuts a small chip from the work piecevia shear deformation.Uses:Grinding machines remove material from the work piece byabrasion, which can generate substantial amounts of heat; they thereforeincorporate a coolant to cool the work piece so that it does notoverheat and go outside its tolerance.
